The protection of our environment and climate is a serious issue for us! During all renovations we focussed on reduction of energy and polutants. The following  actions have been taken:

• thermal insulation of the whole building (except the beautiful facade of the main building - where an insulation is not possible)
• replacement of an old oil heating with an highly efficient and low polutant gas heating
• replacement of all windows with new 3-glass-synthetic windows with very good insulation
• modern air condition with quiet and low polutant exterior unit
• use of energy-saving-lamps where possible
• from April 2008 use of 154m2 solar panels for water heating
